Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Esska shoes, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Esska box and secure them inside a mailing bag to protect the packaging during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
